Payment & Delivery

PAYMENT METHODS

I accept payments through PayPal or Artistree, with payment required upfront. A small platform fee will be added to cover transaction costs, which will be clearly detailed in your invoice.

SPLIT PAYMENTS

For larger commissions, I may offer a two-installment payment plan. The first payment secures your commission slot, and the second payment is due before the coloring phase begins.

REFUNDS POLICY

Full refunds are available only if work hasn't begun on your sketch. Once sketching has started, a non-refundable fee (see pricing) per sketch will be retained to cover the work completed. Platform fees and taxes will be deducted from any refund amount.
No refunds will be issued after the sketch phase has been completed.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard completion time for commissions is approximately 1-2 months, depending on current workload. You can track the progress of your commission and view current wait times on my public waiting list.

Process & Communication

PRIORITY SYSTEM

While I generally operate on a first-come, first-served basis determined by invoice date, certain projects take precedence: Contracted work receives top priority, followed by commercial use commissions, then personal use commissions.
Occasionally, I need to insert personal or shop work between commissions to maintain my business operations and event preparations. I limit this to one project between client commissions whenever possible, unless specific slots have been pre-arranged.

SKETCH PREVIEW

Every commission includes an initial sketch preview. I allow up to three major revisions to the sketch at no additional cost. Beyond these three changes, or for entirely new sketches/poses, an additional fee (see pricing) per sketch will apply.

MULTIPLE SKETCH OPTIONS

If you'd like to choose from multiple sketch options or poses, each additional sketch variation will incur a fee (see pricing). This allows you to select your preferred design from a range of options.

Files & Revisions

FINAL FILE SPECIFICS

Your completed artwork will be provided as a high-resolution (300dpi) PNG file, delivered via Google Drive. All work is provided in digital format by default. For book covers or other print projects, please specify your format and color profile requirements at the start of the commission, and I'll adjust accordingly.

SEPARATED LAYERS

Artwork is delivered as flattened files by default. If you require a fully layered PSD file, this can be provided for an additional fee (see pricing).

REVISIONS

Once a sketch has been approved, any substantial changes requested to the final artwork will incur additional fees. These fees are proportional to the extent of changes required and the time needed to implement them. The specific fee structure is detailed below:

Commercial Usage

For artwork intended for commercial purposes, additional licensing fees apply based on the scope of usage. See pricing page for details.

Blacklist Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

I reserve the right to add clients to my blacklist under the following circumstances:

  • Non-response after final artwork delivery
  • Multiple slot reservations without follow-through
  • Unauthorized use of my artwork for NFTs or AI training

Blacklisted clients will not be eligible for future commissions, and their inquiries may not receive a response. This policy helps maintain a professional working relationship with clients and protects my artistic rights.
